I am Laura Segarra, the founder of In the Loop. I have an educational background in Design and Merchandising and an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain and Logistics, both completed at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
I have experience in visual merchandising, styling, and product curation in the fashion and retail sector, in addition to having worked in corporate environments focused on operations and supply chain.
This combination allows me to bring together creativity and strategy to develop a brand with a clear, scalable value proposition focused on customer experience.
The mission of In the Loop is to offer high-quality products to women who are looking for a convenient and personalized shopping experience, adapted to their lifestyle and their time. In addition, we focus on introducing to the market carefully selected brands that are not found in other boutiques in Puerto Rico, expanding the offering of unique and differentiated fashion on the island.
Our vision is to provide fashion-loving women in Puerto Rico with a seamless shopping experience where they feel comfortable exploring, trying, and adopting new expressions of style.
